Panattoni City Dock (Törökbálint) – logistics hall

This facility represents Panattoni’s first development in Hungary. The modern complex, consisting of four warehouse halls, was realised in Törökbálint under site conditions that are atypical for logistics developments. These constraints presented both a design challenge and an opportunity to demonstrate successful functional integration into the surrounding urban fabric. Our scope of work, delivered in a design & build framework, included the preparation of detailed construction documentation and amended building permit designs.
