Panattonia Forvia car seat assembly plant – Röszke

Panattoni Hungary Development Kft. wanted to build a car seat assembly plant on the outskirts of Röszke, leasing the site to the French company FORVIA. When planning the layout of the site, we took into account the possibility of long-term expansion. The building houses a raw materials warehouse, an assembly line, a finished product warehouse and social areas, including offices, a canteen and changing rooms. The design process for the project was completed with the preparation of the permit documentation, but the implementation was ultimately not started.
