The Hillside Office Building is a modern multi-tenant office development comprising more than 24 office units. The ground floor includes retail areas, a restaurant and shared meeting rooms. A three-level underground car park provides over 400 parking spaces. The building also houses the Waberer Medical Center, for which our office designed a fully equipped healthcare facility, including modern operating theatres. CT and MRI units were integrated into the clinic, directly supporting advanced diagnostic and treatment services.
