The investor, HelloParks, is a member of the Futureal Group, one of Central Europe’s largest real estate development and investment groups.
The project was realised as a greenfield logistics park development in Maglód, including a dedicated service building. The 45,000 m² MG3 warehouse hall was the first industrial property in Hungary to achieve the highest BREEAM Outstanding rating under the New Construction category.
