The investor, HelloParks, is a member of the Futureal Group, one of Central Europe’s largest real estate development and investment groups.
The project was realised as a greenfield logistics park development in Maglód, including a dedicated service building.
The company was the first in Hungary to obtain an Excellent rating in the industrial property category with the HelloParks Maglód MG1 hall.
