The investor is GLP Europe, a global business development group specialising in the development, ownership and operation of logistics real estate, data centres, renewable energy facilities and related technologies.
The project is a phased greenfield logistics development located in Szigetszentmiklós. The warehouse halls were constructed across four distinct phases, accompanied by additional service and support buildings. Compliance with BREEAM sustainability requirements was a mandatory aspect of the development.
