The Dürer Park 1 Office Building is a new development constructed on the former site of ELTE educational buildings. Its two-level underground car park provides a total of 535 parking spaces. The ground floor accommodates a 300-seat conference hall, a kitchen with a capacity of 600 meals, a restaurant, shared meeting rooms and office spaces. The upper floors offer modern, flexible office areas for tenants. The massing of the building responds sensitively to its surroundings, aligning with the volume of the Szent István secondary school along Ajtósi Dürer sor and the adjacent developments along Abonyi utca. Landscaped roof terraces on multiple levels reinforce the building’s integration into the surrounding green environment.
