Budapart BO-M office building

The BO-M office building forms part of the new Budapart urban district, located along the Kopaszi Dam. The development area includes premium office buildings and residential properties available for rent. In response to the client’s brief, our office was responsible for the design of a high-quality, technically advanced and contemporary office building, appropriate to the character of the site. Our scope covered the concept design, building permit documentation and detailed construction designs. The BO-M office building provides office rental areas across seven levels, complemented by a four-level underground car park with a total capacity of 500 parking spaces.
