Our office was commissioned to deliver the general design of the Chervon Auto manufacturing hall in Miskolc, owned by a Chinese parent company. The assignment covered the preparation of building permit and detailed construction documentation within a design & build framework. The facility is dedicated to the production of components for electric vehicles, utilising die-casting and other metalworking technologies. The project includes
- a press shop,
- CNC workshop,
- melting facility,
- high-bay warehouse,
- and office spaces;
In addition, an external storage area, three gatehouses and a sprinkler pump house were designed. The total built area exceeds 33,000 m², with the 25,000 m² production hall focusing on the manufacture of electric vehicle components and modules.
