The investment was designed in a design & build framework, tailored to the operational requirements of HAVI Logistics. The facility functions as a food-industry logistics warehouse with associated office areas. Our commission covered the full scope of design services, from concept development through to the completion of the occupancy permit process. Particular emphasis was placed on environmental considerations, cost-efficient operation, and clean, rational spatial and architectural design. Elevated-quality material specifications were a key client requirement.
